MENU 1 $ 65.00p.p. Fixed Menu, please select one dish in each course

MENU 2 $ 71 p.p. (Alternating) please select 2 dishes in each course, no choices

MENU 3 $78 p.p. (Choices) please selects 2 or 3 choices in each course, customer chooses

 

Entrées

Pacific oysters’ served three ways

Potato Gnocchi tossed with wild mushrooms, lemon and thyme (V)

Grilled peach with prosciutto and goat cheese balsamico reduction

Goats cheese soufflé with asparagus, walnuts and crispy cheese (V)

Tiger prawns wrapped in speck on Russian tomatoes with fennel dressing

Scallops on spinach and spring onions, topped with macadamia pesto

Oven roasted quail on pumpkin purée with marinated beetroot

Gingered Blue swimmer-crab soufflé served with herb salad

Gratin of snails in paprika- herb and garlic butter

Blue swimmer crab bisque with a touch of Calvados

Clear beef broth with either Leberknödel or Fritatten

Main Courses

King George whiting fillets on a tomato cucumber spring onion & olive salad

“Glenloth” chicken breast wrapped in smoky bacon with ratatouille and beans

Eye-fillet of beef with roasted mushroom, cauliflower puree and fondant potato

Herb crusted loin of spring lamb on mashed eggplant with confit tomato

Roasted breast of duck with butternut pumpkin tart and wilted spinach

Wiener Schnitzel with Austrian style potato salad and cranberry relish

Atlantic salmon fillet in spicy herb crust on sweet corn and avocado salad with seeded mustard & dill dressing

Loin of Kangaroo wrapped in smoked bacon on beetroot with potato gratin

     Quenelles of eggplant, pine nuts and pecorino on a cherry tomato sauce, snow peas (V)      

 

Desserts

 Rote Grütze: Fresh berries in Pinot jelly with pumpkin seed parfait

Mango and vanilla cream brulee with pineapple mint and lime salad

Poached peach on raspberry coulis, homemade pistachio nut ice cream

Apple tart Tatin with green apple sorbet

Erich’s selection of cheeses with condiments

Fitzroy Gardens directly opposite the Restaurant (weather permitting)
